Our stay was amazing! The pool and breakfast selection impressed me. I loved the clean, spacious room, but the A/C unit was a bit loud. I’d definitely stay here again!

The front desk staff were super helpful with local restaurant recommendations which made our dining choices much easier. my family and i had an excellent stay at the holiday inn express. krystal's exceptional service before and during our visit was a highlight! the location is great, just on the outskirts of new orleans, making it convenient for our plans. we appreciated the delightful breakfast options as well.

They provided exceptional service, ensuring all my needs were met upon check-in. I particularly appreciated the offered amenities such as the 24-hour business center and complimentary newspapers, which were beneficial for my work-related tasks. The hotel also features a well-maintained fitness center, which I utilized to stay active during my business trip.

During my stay, Krystal went above and beyond by checking in ahead of our arrival to ensure we were safe due to weather issues. Her attentiveness didn’t stop there, as the rest of the staff was friendly and helpful throughout our visit. The breakfast was particularly delightful, with biscuits that were some of the best I've ever had. I also appreciated how the staff consistently greeted guests with courtesy, making us feel at home. However, the parking situation was a bit cramped, making it a challenge at times.

Krystal's attention before we even arrived stood out. She called to ensure we were on schedule during bad weather. Upon check-in, she provided everything we needed. Tyranisha continued that level of service, helping us feel welcome. The cleanliness of the Standard King Room was impressive, not a speck of dust in sight. The hotel is undergoing renovations, but that didn’t impact our stay negatively. However, the renovation noise might be bothersome for some. The breakfast was quite delightful. I really enjoyed the biscuits. The staff’s warmth made this place feel like home. Every staff member I encountered greeted me, making my family feel appreciated and valued. One downside was the cramped parking, which could feel a bit tight at times. I enjoyed our three-night stay immensely. would love to return once renovations are completed. The area felt safe and was conveniently located near popular spots. Can't wait for the final result once all improvements are done!

The staff was super friendly and gave great recommendations. We loved checking out the Audubon Aquarium of the Americas and enjoying the Mardi Gras festivities! The breakfast was spot on, and the location is perfect for exploring the area.

We did experience some noise from other guests, which was a bit disruptive during our stay.
